In 2020 we partnered with generous donors and provided hernia repair surgery for seventy five men, women, and children. Most of the beneficiaries are remote village dwellers. Hernias are very common in countries where manual labor is needed for most jobs such as farming. Each sponsorship provides a patient with fully paid medical treatment. Food is provided for the duration of their hospital stay and money is given for transportation back to their village when the patient is discharged. The average cost for hernia repair surgery is $500.00.
